Let's Eat the Healthy Way

I love sandwich making. From time to time, I will think of new sandwich recipes. This is one of my latest creation that I wanted to share. It's simple and healthy. Best to go along with a cup of freshly brew coffee.
Muiti-grains Ham & Cheese Toast
Ingredients:
2 pieces of Gardenia multi-grains loaf
1 slice of gouda cheese
Few leaves of iceberg lettuce
Honey baked ham shavings
Direction:
Toast 1 piece of multi-grain bread (both sides) on a non-stick pan until slightly brown. Set aside. Toast the other piece of the bread (1 side only) and turn over. Place a slice of gouda cheese on top of the toasted side of the bread and cover it with a pot lid. Allow heating for 2-3min or until bottom side is brown. Remove bread from pan and layer ham shavings on top of melted cheese. Top it with lettuce and the other piece of toasted bread. Serve hot.
